Workshop on Beyond Willpower: Tools for Self-Regulation, Self-Control, and Habit Modification.

Often, we are our own worst enemy.  Our instinctive behaviors often get in the way of our goals.  Based on recent scientific discoveries in the field of self-regulation, this workshop enables participants to practice employing tools to enhance their ability and capacity to overcome obstructive or destructive behaviors.
